Los Nietos The Grandchildren

Welcome to Los Nietos Cigars. My name is Ron Andrews. My wife, Christina, and I began our cigar journey early in 1999. I had retired from law enforcement in a northern climate, and in 1989 we moved our family to southwest Florida.

Being an avid cigar smoker and enthusiast, living in the cigar capital of the United States was utopia. Being located equal distance between Tampa and Miami, excursions to either city were frequent. During these visits, relationships were formed with several ciagar industry leaders. As a result of our special relationships, and sensing a void in the community, we opened a cigar store in our hometown of Punta Gorda in June of 1999.

Fast forward to December 2003. Our first grandchild, Isabella, was born. Whereas her father emigrated to this country from Cuba, it seemed a natural tribute to her to call upon our long standing relationships within the cigar industry to help us introduce a new cigar to the cigar smoking public.
