Welcome to Los Nietos Cigars. My name is Ron Andrews. My wife, Christina, and I began our cigar journey early in 1999. I had retired from law enforcement in a northern climate, and in 1989 we moved our family to southwest Florida.

Being an avid cigar smoker and enthusiast, living in the cigar capital of the United States was utopia. Being located equal distance between Tampa and Miami, excursions to either city were frequent. During these visits, relationships were formed with several cigar industry leaders. As a result of our special relationships, and sensing a void in the community, we opened a cigar store in our hometown of Punta Gorda in June of 1999.

Fast forward to December 2003. Our first grandchild, Isabella, was born. Whereas her father emigrated to this country from Cuba, it seemed a natural tribute to her to call upon our long standing relationships within the cigar industry to help us introduce a new cigar to the cigar smoking public. In December 2004, Primera Isabella was introduced in our store with the intent of having a small production cigar to offer our local patrons and for the interest of seasonal visitors. The demand for this cigar far exceeded our expectations. For three years, the popularity of this cigar has grown immensely. Orders from all over the country have been shipped as result of seasonal visitors returning to their hometowns and introducing their neighbors to this fine cigar. As demand has grown, production has increased. Offering this cigar via the Internet became a natural marketing progression. Now you can also enjoy what has, until now, been available only to select customers advantageous enough to have access to our local distribution efforts.

Primera Isabella is hand made, totalmente a mano, in Nicaragua at what is considered by industry standards to be the finest cigar factory in Nicaragua. Our relationship with this fine, vertically integraded, cigar manufacturing family guarantees the consistent quality of this cigar for years to come.

As time passed, my wife and I were blessed with two more grandchildren. Our first grandson Luke and our granddaughter Adrianna. As with the birth of Isabella, plans are being made for the introduction of two more cigar offerings, "Luca del Toro" and "Flor de Adrianna". You can rest assured that as with Primera Isabella, both new cigar offerings will be premium quality cigars borne of our personal relationships with the finest family owned cigar manufacturing facilities. This is paramount in our production efforts. We promise to provide our customers with the finest quality cigars, manufactured by the finest cigar manufactures, at the fairest possible prices.
