All product will be shipped USPS Priority mail (2-3 day US delivery), one flat rate $4.95 irregardless of quantity ordered. Payment options at this time are VISA, DISCOVER, AMEX. We are unable to accept MasterCard.
All our cigars are made "totalamente a mano" (totally by hand). In the unlikely event any product does not perform as intended, or is found to be defective in any way we will guarantee the quality and freshness of all our cigars. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the product you receive, you have one week from receipt to contact us regarding your return. Any product returned for exchange must be shipped back at the customer's expense. |
